Your Investment in Care
To provide the level of precision, time, and individualized attention our clinical model requires, Trinity Acupuncture operates as a concierge, out-of-network practice. This allows us to prioritize your outcomes, ensuring every treatment plan is guided solely by your clinical needs and long-term goals.
We provide detailed superbills for patients with PPO plans to submit for
potential out-of-network reimbursement, upon request.

Arrival Time
Please arrive on time so we can dedicate your full appointment to you. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure every patient receives the care and attention they deserve.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. This allows us to offer that time to patients who are waiting for care.
General Visit Info
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to your arms and legs. Gowns are available if needed for orthopedic assessments.
What happens during the first visit?
We begin with a comprehensive health history and a structured orthopedic assessment. Most patients receive their first treatment during this visit and leave with a clear understanding of their Plan of Care.
How long are the appointments?
Initial visits are longer to accommodate a full clinical intake. Follow-up visits are efficient and focused, ensuring we maintain precision while respecting your schedule.
Treatment & Results
How often will I need treatment?
Frequency depends on your specific goals. Acute injuries may require weekly sessions initially, while chronic or systemic patterns often require a consistent "loading" phase before transitioning to maintenance.
Does it hurt?
Acupuncture needles are hair-thin. You may feel a brief "heavy" or achy sensation, but most patients find the experience deeply relaxing. We always adjust our technique to your comfort level.
What is the difference between Acupuncture and Dry Needling?
Acupuncture addresses systemic health and nervous system regulation. Dry Needling is a targeted orthopedic tool used to release neuromuscular trigger points. At Trinity, we often integrate both for the most durable results.
Practice Model
Do you accept insurance?
Trinity operates as a concierge, cash-based clinic. This allows for longer one-on-one time and a focus on measurable progress rather than insurance-mandated protocols.
Who is Trinity Acupuncture a good fit for?
Trinity is a great fit for patients who are ready for a structured, individualized approach to their care — where appointments are unhurried, treatment plans are thoughtfully built, and progress is tracked over time. If you're looking for a clinical relationship rather than a transactional one, you'll feel at home here.
