Clinical Integration & Dry Needling Path
Part II: Extended Mentorship (3-Month Program after Core Mentorship)
Purpose:
To deepen mentorship into more focused clinical integration and, where appropriate, prepare for hands-on dry needling training (invitation only). This phase emphasizes clinical maturity, ethical clarity, and technical readiness.
Includes:
- Ongoing mentorship sessions
- Case reviews with a focus on clinical reasoning
- Opportunities to submit short write-ups or discuss treatment plans
- Optional skill evaluation tasks (e.g., anatomy questions, short video submissions)
Dry Needling Pathway Requirements
To be considered for the dry needling intensive, mentees must:
- Complete a minimum of 6 months in mentorship
- Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and anatomical understanding
- Participate in case discussions and/or complete assigned prep
- Submit a short video (if requested) demonstrating needling technique and anatomical safety
- Receive an invitation to the in-person intensive (not automatic)
Dry Needling Intensive (Invitation Only)
- 3-hour, one-on-one in-person training at the mentor’s clinic
- Focused on anatomy, technique, palpation, and safe integration
- Investment: $950
Closing the Mentorship
After the Dry Needling Intensive, mentees may request a short follow-up check-in for support with integration or transition. This is optional and not a full mentorship session. Ongoing mentorship, continued support, or a formal pause can be discussed based on need and alignment.
